Rio Negro province (Patagonia, Argentina) produces over 14 cherry varieties. Our estate is located in Chimpay, Middle Valley which is the most productive region to grow cherries.

This fruit has an uncovered worldwide demand which generates excellent opportunities for the region and our company.

Sweet Hear (Sumtare)

Fruit forms rapidly, needs to be harvested completely mature in order to deliver good taste. Maduration occurs 36 days after Burlat.

Sweetheart has thick caliber size, reaches 1.1in when mature. Rounded shape, shiny red skin and red pulp.

Lapins

Originally from Summerland  Canada. Obtained from combination of Stella & Van. Maduration occurs 24 días after Burlat.

Medium to thick caliber size, reaching 1in when mature. Our variety has a slightly oval shape. Dark red skin with red pulpo at maduration.

Santina

Canadian versión of “Picota type”. Maduration occurs 8 días after Burlat. Big caliber size and typical hearty form.

Reaches 1.1in when mature. Deep red to almost black color. Dark red pulp.

ROYAL DAWN

Native to the United States, it is a very vigorous self-sterile variety. Large fruits with a heart shape and very noticeable suture. Color of the epidermis light red and red pulp. In addition to its early maturation, its intense flavor and good size stand out.

Bing

The Bing cherry has an average size of 26 mm, a round-flattened shape and a blackish color at maturity. The pulp has a dark red color and a very good flavor.
