Stone Fruits – Emelka

Seeking new ways to grow we incorporated Stone fruits to our business portfolio. Peach, Nectarines and Plum are now part of our every year harvest.

Peach

Zee diamond

Origin: USA. Average size 140-150 grams (5.0-5.3 oz), Shape: rounded, pronounced apex. Colour: Sharp red, which covers 90% of fruit. Pulp: yellow. Stone: attached. Organoleptic Quality: Good- Great taste, acid, great aroma.

Rich lady

Origin: USA. Average size 200-220 grams (7.0-7.8 oz), Shape: rounded, slightly oval. Deep and wide peduncular cavity. Colour: Deep red, which covers 100% of fruit. Pulp: yellow. Once mature epidermis and stone area tints red. Great taste, aromatic and juicy.

Zee lady

Origin: California-USA. Bigger size. Shape: Slightly oval, with concave apex. Colour: red. Very good quality. Big sized with exceptional quality. Pulp: yellow. Very productive with excellent flavor.

Super rich

Medium size. Shape: Slightly oval with less noticeable apex. Colour: dark red. Pulp: yellow. Good productivity with early flowering.

Nectarines

White- CALDESI 2000

White Pulp Nectarine with good productivity. Good sized fruit, firm and attractive. High internal quality with no riven.

Yellow – BIG TOP

Oval shaped fruit. Different sizes (caliber): “A” 66-67milimeters and 150 grams (2.6 in and 5.3 oz), “AA” 73-79 milímeters and 180 gramos (2.9-3.1 oz and 6.3 in). Dark red skin with good consistent yellow pulp.

Plum

BLACK FANTASY

Small sized. Rounded and slightly flattened in the top. Deep red color with yellow pulp.

BLUE GIANT

Big sized. Rounded and slightly oval. Dark purple with yellow to red pulp.
